Harbco Construction, Inc.(HCI) is a Central Florida based Construction Service firm, which was founded in 1986. The principals Amine and Tom Harb have established a reputation for excellence in development, general contracting and engineering areas based on a broad range of project experience.

They have achieved this experience by combining the most up to date MIS Systems with diverse Construction Methods of devlivery. HCI strives to meet the challenges of our industry in delivering a seamless product to its diverse clientele. The cornerstone of the HCI philosophy is reflected in the Mission and Vision Statements, which responds to HCI client's budget, time and quality needs.
