Unit 911
Scope:
- Remove all ceiling tiles and insulation, replace both
- Remove all flooring
- Remove all debris/junk. You can leave any fixtures that are attached to the walls or floor
- Replace lighting covers
- Patch (level 4 finish) and paint interior white (all doors and walls)
- Replace address stickers with stickers of 4 inch height above door frame
- Remove material from interior window (leasing sign stays)
